Registration Information

All participants are kindly asked to register for the Congress, Accompanying Persons Program and Events via online registration. All participants must submit a completed online registration form.

Full Congress registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Coffee breaks
  • Congress documentation
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Closing Ceremony
Accompanying Persons registration fee includes:
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Welcome Reception 

Confirmation:
A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of the online registration form.

Payments, Cancellation and Refunds:
Deadline for pre-registration is October 17, 2010. Should payment/registration be received thereafter, you will receive your confirmation documents at the Congress registration area onsite. Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full payment.

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email and received on or before midnight ET Tuesday, September 15, 2010 to receive a refund, less a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests after midnight ET Tuesday, September 15, 2010 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests can be emailed to siop@experient-inc.com.
