Exhibits
Exhibit space is available to companies on a first-in, first-considered basis. Space assignments will be based upon the order or receipt of application and deposit.
In the United States, booths are priced by square feet. The minimum booth size is 10’ x 10’/ 100 sq. ft. Companies can rent as much exhibit space as needed, until the Expo sells out.
- Regular booth rate: $3,000 USD
per 100 square feet - Non-profit rate: $2,000 USD
per 100 square feet
Non-profit organizations must qualify
as section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) - There is a $100 charge for each
exposed corner
Included in the Rental Fee
- Exhibit space
- Company listing on the real time floor plan
- Company listing in the on-site Program distributed to attendees
- Four (4) booth personnel badges per 10’ x 10’ booth
- 7” x 44” company identification sign (company name and booth number)
- 8’ high draped back wall, 3’ high sidewalls
Exhibit badges are personalized and do not give access to scientific sessions.
Payments
To be considered for exhibit space, all booth applications must be accompanied with a deposit of $500 (payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank) per 100 sq. ft. of the total space rental charges. The balance of the space rental charge will become due and payable July 21, 2010. Applications received after this date must include full payment.
